So far my trip in Europe has been going quite smoothly. I was on a very comfortable high-speed train ride from Madrid to Barcelona. I didn’t really do too much research on Barcelona and I was hoping my friends would take over once they arrive. I merely provided a suggested list of places I would like to see, hopefully we would be able to follow it. The trip from Madrid to Barcelona was around three hours, it is much faster when taking the high-speed train naturally. You would know that you have arrived in Barcelona when you start to see more and more buildings. The terminal station here is at Barcelona Sants in Barcelona.
I didn’t get to see much of the Barcelona Sants station when I got off. I waited until everyone has left the station before I proceeded. I didn’t think there was any sense to hurry since I got a message from my friends that they were delayed in one of their stops so I needed to wait for a while before I can meet them. Ah, the wonders of modern technology. I decided to head on straight to our accommodations and hopefully I would be able to get some rest.
