Caribbean at Keppel Bay

While I wasn’t looking it seems that there were several high end residential buildings which were built in the Keppel Bay area of Singapore. I would like to think that this all started with the renovation of the nearby Sentosa Island. This gave life to the area and investments flowed in. While there are some landmark structures in Sentosa Island itself, there are also some interesting structures just outside it. The Reflections at Keppel Bay is probably one of the more prominent ones with its iconic architecture. There are some more residential buildings here which look like they are desirable to live in.

The Caribbean at Keppel Bay is a cluster of several buildings built fronting the Keppel Marina and just a stone’s throw away from Sentosa. As you might imagine, water is a theme for this place and sure enough there is nice little canal which cuts the estate in half. Since this one is lower density, I think this is something I would prefer compared to a residential tower which would offer better view in exchange. There is a lot of greenery as well which would make this a pleasant place to live in. Its location also gives that impression of isolation which is a rarity in Singapore. Obviously, this is another place for people who are well off. Maybe I would just have to wait for someone there to throw a party to be able to see how it is inside.
