I decided to finally get out of Caesar’s Palace. I thought I spent a lot of time just walking around the Forum Shops that I think I should move on and see the others. The Strip has a lot of casino hotels and it seems that each one tries to be a destination on its own. It makes sense, more visitors, more spenders. The Strip is quite long so there is much to see. Opposite the road I saw what appears to be an Eiffel Tower. I don’t think I remember anything about this place. Which may mean that it isn’t really popular, or it is very new. The replica Eiffel tower is part of Paris Las Vegas. This is their attempt to have a theme of their own.
The Paris Las Vegas has France as the theme of the hotel casino. If the huge Eiffel Tower here isn’t an indication that maybe the Arc de Triomphe would also give you an idea of what they were going for. The hotel towers behind the strip look like high rise Renaissance buildings. Unfortunately for them, just six month prior to this trip, I went to see the real thing so this place didn’t really interest me. I’m sure that inside would be just as fancy as the other hotels and casinos that I have seen here.
