I decided to make my way to Moët and Chandon to book a spot for a wine tasting tour. I have never been to these things so I was quite excited about it. I entered their large building where visitors eventually made their way to what appears to be a Moët and Chandon Boutique. This is where visitors would be purchasing champagne here. I was thinking about buying one back but I thought that their stuff is actually very easily accessible back home and I don’t think I would need to buy one just because I am here. I don’t know enough about the other stuff they have here. I have a feeling they would sell stuff that is of limited availability to make people come here.
The shop itself appears to be a very fancy shop. I seldom enter these types of shops because I feel that I usually don’t need anything there. Champagne is sort of a luxury item so I think it makes sense to make the shop feel high end else people won’t feel that the item is one worth paying lots of money for. However, I wasn’t there to purchase champagne. I was looking for the desk for the wine tasting tour but it doesn’t seem to be here. I got of the shop and I found a sign pointing to the wine tasting tour. It wasn’t very obvious when I first went in, especially that the COVID pass checking was happening on the opposite direction of the wine tasting tour. Basically, they distracted me and that caused me to miss the sign.
