I was deliberately being slow when exploring the inside of the kasbah tower. This was because it was raining outside and I didn’t want to go back out here. I took this opportunity to wipe the camera lens dry, at least I would be dry for a while. There were some exhibits here and they shed some light into the history of the kasbah. The second level of the tower of the kasbah is pretty much level with the roofs of the nearby houses. This means the view wasn’t very nice. There is a nother floor and it can be accessed by stairs.
The top level of the kasbah tower is much more open. As a result, it is possible to see much of city here. It is also possible to see the limits of the city. It seems that parts of the city are built on the slopes of the mountain. I don’t think I would want to live there since the roads there would be very steep. By now, I was still witnessing the full force of the rain that was still falling. There was also strong wind which blew the rain in. This also made it much colder here. My jacket was already wet from all the rain and it was pretty much useless as this point. I took my photos and walked back down.
