Going to Kinnagoe Bay

Having finished exploring parts of Greencastle, I thought I was done exploring the Inishowen 100. It was still mid afternoon and I think I still have time to explore more places. If I head south towards Derry, I probably won’t see anything interesting. At this point, I had to look back at the map and figure out if I missed anything. I was looking for some patterns in to the roads which may indicate that there is something interesting in the area. In particular, I was looking for beaches or bays which may have viewing areas. I zeroed in on a place call Kinnagoe Bay and immediately, set forth.

I have never heard of Kinnagoe Bay before, so I don’t know if it was worth visiting. The road patterns seem to show that there is a road which leads all the way to the beach. I hope that is a good sign. I had to retrace my steps and head west to go to Kinnagoe Bay. I was seeing the sea on the right, I and was hoping that this really is a nice place. There weren’t too many large settlements here which I thought was very nice. If only they could get fibre internet here then it would be a great place to live in. I approached a bend which leads directly to the beach and I can already see the brilliant sand from afar. It seems that I have hit the jackpot and there was a lookout point where you can take photos and admire the scenery.
