Going to Mullaghmore

The summer seems to be quite good that year and we were treated to quite a number of bright and sunny days. Of course, it won’t be of much use to me if I was just looking at it from the window. We were lucky enough to get a nice day on a weekend. When this happens, people just go out and enjoy the sun since it doesn’t happen very often. As for me, I like to go out for long drives whenever the sun is out. This time we will be visiting parts of county Sligo in the northewest of Ireland.

Much of the western seaboard of Ireland is marked by the Wild Atlantic Way. This is a long tourist route which takes visitors from north in Donegal to the south in Cork. To properly enjoy the route, it would have to be broken down into multiple stages, that means one would need to stay in different places every night. I have done several parts of the Wild Atlantic Way and I must say that the sights along the route are impressive. This trip, I would be starting from the village of Mullaghmore in county Sligo.
