It was already midafternoon and it appears that I was just halfway through the Inishowen 100 driving route. I think I spent too much time exploring the individual sites that I wasn’t able to make too much progress. Then again, isn’t exploration the whole point of visiting places? I think I would probably have to call it off at a certain point, I was getting tired from driving and there didn’t seem to be an end to this yet. I continued on the driving route and came across the village of Culdaff.
I didn’t really know what was here in Culdaff, in fact, I never intended to stop here but I saw a sign which points to the beach here at Culdaff. I decided to have a look since I was already here in the area. Turns out the beach here at Culdaff wasn’t that bad. In fact, it was much better than the rock beach which I found at Malin Well. This has proper sand and the beach was wide and long. I was thinking that the people here are lucky to be living right next to such a nice beach. The weather was perfect that day and it was a nice time to be walking on the beach. Though county Donegal seems to have a lot of these places, they never seem bore me whenever I visit a new one.
