One of our companions wasn’t interested in learning about the Ir.D.F. Woudagemaal World Heritage Site. While we were inside the facility exploring, he was outside taking selfies. When we got out, we found out that he discovered something interesting. There were at lot of sports cars which came here. They seem to be part of some group but I wasn’t really sure. We didn’t go around asking questions. Earlier there was a wedding photo shoot as well, so I think this is a famous place for events. I wasn’t sure if they race cars were in any way related to the wedding shoot either. There was some food at the visitor center for the visitors, it was tempting to join them but we would have stood out too much.
We spent the rest of the time admiring the cars here. I know Europeans make really fancy cars but where I stay, I seldom see fancy cars if at all. The cars I see most of the time are the compact ones. So, it was refreshing to see these kinds of cars here in the Netherlands which is a place known more for bicycles than cars. I’m not exactly a car enthusiast but I know a nice car when I see one. There seem to be too many here. We took some photos and we were on our way.
