Muddy Path on the Left of the Cliffs of Moher
I was lucky to get a beautiful sunset at the Cliffs of Moher, unfortunately, I discovered that I was on the wrong side of the cliffs. The sun lit the cliffs with a beautiful golden color but I didn’t have much cliff to photograph. I should have walked to the left where I would see more cliff face. I am sure that the effect would be spectacular. Although the sun was already gone back hiding behind the clouds, I decided to take a chance and run towards the other side and hopefully the sun will show up again.
Walking Along the Cliff Side of the Cliffs of Moher
The walk to the other side is much more involved than the one of the right. The path was straightforward but there were parts which were muddy and there wasn’t any way to get around it apart from trying to climb the fence and hope that you don’t fall. You can try to climb the wall which lines the path but it was a bit high and climbing it would be a little tough without another foothold. I wasn’t sure how to fix this since there was probably a solid path before the muddy steps took over. This would be the same way I would come back so I would need to remember how to avoid them.
