Ever since I have been in Ireland, one place has captivated me and I though that I need to visit that place. I remember seeing a photo of the Cliffs of Moher when I arrived at that airport and I was amazed that there was such a place here. Little did I know that cliffs like these are actually quite common in Ireland but I think the Cliffs of Moher stands above all those. Unfortunately, for me, Country Clare was too far for me to drive and I didn’t want to take the bus there just to see the place. Now that I gathered enough people to come here, I was glad we made the trip.
However, I was running out of time, the sun was going down real fast and I want to catch the sun’s ray’s illuminating the cliffs, so I was running down the cliffs edge hoping to get lucky. The cliffs of Moher was much more spectacular that the Slieve League in county Donegal. The Slieve League is more like a mountain that is runs into the sea. It is said to the the highest sea cliffs in Europe. I didn’t find it that impressive though. The Cliffs of Moher, however are totally different. The cliffs really look like cliffs where they have almost 90 degree drops. The cliffs seems to go on for quite a bit and I wasn’t sure where it ends. I kind of got lucky with shot since the sun happened to light up the cliff at the right time but I was in the wrong spot and I didn’t get enough cliff!
