Outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York
I think I have visited most of the big ticket items here in New York City. There are countless interesting places here but you can probably list down the ones which you would bring visitors to. I thought that the museums of New York are of very good quality. I visited the American Museum of Natural History and I was blown away by the exhibits. I thought that I should try to visit one of their other famous museums here, I decided on the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I know that there is a Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art but I was never a huge fan of modern art so I decided to go for a more traditional form of art.

From Queens, I took a subway into Manhattan. Fortunately, the subway system is accessible enough that it is not a problem to use the trains to travel. This time I didn’t get lost since there were fewer transfers. There seemed to be a museum row here. I noticed that there was a series of museums other than the Metropolitan Museum of Art but I don’t have time to visit all of them. I just went with the most famous ones. So Metropolitan Museum of Art or MET it is. Unsurprisingly, there were a lot of people here, even outside the building. There were a few stalls here selling stuff but that wasn’t what I was interested in. I think the stairs of the MET are also used by people to hang about and people watch.
