We thought to make a run for the lighthouse but there really was no time for that. We didn’t want to risk having to spend the night on the island with little to no money to spend. Fortunately for us, the ferry seemed to arrive on time. As we were boarding the ferry one of my companions was nodding to me. It seemed the king of Tory there. He seemed be a very nice fellow and he was doing his job to greet the new arrivals. He was also chatting to the people about to board the ferry. I wished that we had spotted him soon since I haven never really seen royalty before.
When we boarded the ferry we made a beeline for the sheltered area since we don’t want to get soaked on the way back. True enough, the ride back was less wet but it was just as rough. I don’t know if I can make a trip like this every single day. Finally back on solid ground, we made our way back and passed by the town of Dunfanaghy. I have been here previously but didn’t really get to explore it. Upon the recommendation of our friend we went to An Chistin Restaurant to have an early dinner. I got the fish and chips which we supposedly good an my friend had a burger. Honestly, I didn’t think the fish and chips were that good. I thought it was a bit dry, but our friend was raving about it. To each his own, I suppose.
