It was finally time to head back to Dublin. I think I spent a bit too much time in at the Old Book Shop at the Hill of Tara that by the time I got back to our bus, people were already staring at me, almost as if I was the last guy on the bus. I wasn’t, by the way, since they were still looking for people when I took my seat. It would be quite troublesome if you were left behind by the bus here as I won’t have the vaguest idea how to get back. I don’t remember seeing any bus services in this area and I won’t be surprised to know that there aren’t any. On the way back to Dublin, we were shown another film to keep our minds off the tiring trip back.
It was another film about Newgrange, and somehow, now that I have gained more insight into Newgrange. I was able to appreciate it even more. The film wasn’t very long and in a short amount of time I was already dozing off. It wasn’t exactly an expressway back into Dublin and the roads were at times jammed, especially when approaching Dublin city itself. Upon entry in to the city, our tour guide continued her tour guide duties and pointing out several important places along the way. We were heading back to the city center and people were being dropped off at certain parts of the city. I would have one more stop before I call it quits.
