I had been looking up places of interest in county Donegal and one of the more interesting ones for me was Glenevin Falls. There were certainly a lot of other more interesting places such as hillwalking at heads but in this cold weather, I didn’t really feel like going through that. Glenevin Falls was near enough our place that we decided one day to go there. It was a short drive the falls we get to see some nice scenery. Ireland doesn’t have a lot of very tall mountains, so I don’t expect this place to be jaw dropping, but a waterfall is always nice to look at.
We drove out on a rather dull day. The sky was overcast and it was threatening to rain. However, we were already out of town and decided to continue. Hopefully the rain won’t fall, that much at least. It was easy enough to find Glenevin Falls as it was easily pointed to us by our GPS software. I always look forward to visiting water falls and I think this would be my first falls in a while. I hope it looks good.
