Fully Packed Street in Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong
Dinner was done and it was time to walk away our food. The pizza place’s location was perfect as it was in Soho which is very near one of the busiest places here in Hong Kong, at this time, that is. Lan Kwai Fong is known as the party place for Hong Kong and locals and tourists alike come here to have a great time. There is usually drinking on the streets and just loud music everywhere. Come to think about it, this all sounds very familiar since some streets in China are also known for their party atmosphere.
Should I Proceed or Not?
I was taken aback as we turned the corner into Lan Kwai Fong. The street was packed with revelers with hardly any room to squeeze through. It seemed that San Miguel Beer was having some kind of event there, I think it was a beer drinking contest. Regardless of what it is, there were too many people here and it was very difficult to pass through. It doesn’t look like the people here were planning on going anywhere. As for my friend, he probably spends every single night here so he was already used to this. Crowded or not, it seems people are really having a good time. So please excuse me while you do.
