Aside from the small pool at the Cang Mountain 苍山, there is also a waterfall which feeds the pool. The waterfall isn’t particularly tall either but as always, waterfalls are very pretty and refreshing to look at. Somehow I wasn’t really surprised to see a waterfall here. The mountain is so lush that I thought water would be quite plentiful here. The waterfall itself is around three stories tall and there is a viewing area from the pool where you can admire the waterfall.
There is also a trail going up and past the top of the waterfall, presumably to the top of the mountain, we didn’t go that way though as we were considering going the opposite direction. I had no idea there were so many trails. Most of the trails though are well made and generally safe aside from some rather slippery portions. There wasn’t a lot of climbing involved in the trail we took which is just as well as I probably won’t last if there was too much climbing especially when carrying a heavy camera.
