Daybreak came quickly enough but my flight was nowhere to be seen. I kept referring to the announcement board for my flight departure time but it wasn’t there. It seems that it would be a little delayed. My ticket was for a seven in the morning flight. There weren’t any announcement yet about the fligh departure so I proceeded to the counters to inquire about it. It seems that I wasn’t the only one with the same idea. There was an irate woman screaming at the top of her lungs how displeased she was for the flight delay. The staff aren’t able to do anything to calm here down except for saying that there is nothing they could do. I don’t know what the woman can achieve by screaming to the staff, if the plane isn’t there, it isn’t there. Maybe she was hoping to get some freebies.

Finally after two hours the announcement came, flight was ready and we quickly entered the departure area. The good thing with domestic flights is that they aren’t as paranoid as international flights. The security in international flight is only probably to conform with global avaiation standards. My airline would be China Eastern Airlines, I don’t think I have used this airline before as this would be the first time I would fly to this part of the country. Surprisingly, we were herded off to a bus which drove us to the plane. The plane was parked quite far away from the main airport terminal, but I didn’t really mind it. It seems that this was a fully booked flight, either that or the ones from the earlier flight were compressed into the later flight.
