I was having a great time taking photos at the Saint Sophia Square since it was the first time in days that I got blue skies. The Sait Sophia Cathedral is one of the highlights of a visit to Haerbin and I would like to be able to take good photographs of the church. The sun wasn’t that high yet when I was taking the photos as it was still shining through some buildings nearby. It was still quite early in the morning and it seems like it might take me an hour or two to get the sun to a better spot. As a result, there were shadows cast by the nearby buildings falling on the cathedral to my dismay.
The Saint Sophia Cathdral looks magnificent in the blue sky I just wished that the sun was a little higher. My train will be leaving soon and I still haven’t purchased and train tickets to my next destination. I took quite a lot of shots anyway, hoping some of them will be good. I head back to where I got off from the bus and hailed another one. Fortunately, there were signs on the bus stop indicating where each bus goes to. I don’t know 99% of the places on the sign but I do know the name of the train station. I got on one of those buses and head off.
