I think we were done with the Siberian tigers at the Siberian Tiger Park. After several feedings of the tigers, I decided to move on. It was nice that I do no need to go with a group although we all came from the same bus. So I took my time to observe the tigers, what’s the hurry? I didn’t travel all the way here just to head back to the hostel. Most of my bus mates have already left the walkway and have already gone out. I was also on my way out as well but I noticed that there were other enclosures for creatures other than the Siberian Tiger.
Probably most interesting for me is the white tiger. Most tigers are known for their striking orange and black striped fur. However, there is a kind of tiger which is white in color, the tiger still has black stripes though. This type of tiger is quite rare although I have see a few of them in the Singapore Zoo. Unfortunately, the white tiger here is in a not very large cage, certainly not like its orange brothers out there in the reserve, and it is not even as large an enclosure as the one in Singapore. Irritatingly, the white tiger was also facing the other way, leaving me with nothing but its butt to photograph.
