I took a very early flight to Cebu City in Central Philippines. This was my first time to go there and I was very excited to visit this historic city, which incidentally is the oldest in the Philippines. The Cebu Pacific Flight I took was not the first flight out apparently, but it was good enough for me. I also managed to get the very first seat in the plane. This was also another first for me. This means I would also be the first go get out which has never happened before.
I was seated on the left side of the plane which happens to be the side where the sun would rise when heading down to Cebu from Manila. The horizon was already glowing a brilliant orange while the rest of the sky was still dark. Watching this unfold kept me awake for most of the flight as I was waiting for the sun to come up. Unfortunately, the sun was too slow and we landed in the airport before the sun could break over the horizon. By the time I was going out of the plane the sun had already risen and no longer had my camera with me. Meanwhile, I was alreadly looking forward to my upcoming adventure here in Central Philippines.
